These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all the services offered by Wingfoil Dakhla. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of wingfoil and kitesurf lessons, as well as equipment rental.

Any booking made with Wingfoil Dakhla implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email once your request has been received.
Prices are listed in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) and include applicable VAT. Wingfoil Dakhla reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
A 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation by the client:
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
No-show: the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation by Wingfoil Dakhla:
In case of cancellation by Wingfoil Dakhla due to circumstances beyond our control, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service bookings provided on a specific date or within a defined period.
Wingfoil Dakhla makes every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its clients. However, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during wingfoil or kitesurf lessons.
Wingfoil and Kitesurf Equipment Rental:
Rental prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on rental duration.
The client is responsible for the rented equipment. In case of damage, loss, or theft, the client must cover repair or replacement costs.
Optional damage insurance is available at the time of booking.
Equipment rental is reserved for autonomous riders only (Kitesurf: Level 3K required; Wingfoil: Level 5 required).
All complaints must be submitted in writing to Wingfoil Dakhla within 30 days of the end of the service.
Information collected through booking forms is stored in a digital file by Wingfoil Dakhla for managing reservations and client relations. This data is kept for 5 years and is intended for use by Wingfoil Dakhla’s sales and administrative departments.
These T&Cs are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Wingfoil Dakhla’s registered office.
To facilitate transactions and ensure transparency, Wingfoil Dakhla applies a fixed exchange rate of 11 MAD for 1 EUR. This rate is used for all transactions made in euros and converted into Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
This fixed rate helps stabilize prices for our European clients by avoiding daily currency fluctuations.
In the case of an individual booking for semi-private lessons, we will do our best to find another participant of the same level. However, if no partner is found, Wingfoil Dakhla reserves the right—based on availability—to convert the semi-private lesson into a private lesson. The conversion of hours is calculated as follows:
2 hours semi-private = 1.5 hours private
4 hours semi-private = 3 hours private
6 hours semi-private = 4 hours private
8 hours semi-private = 6 hours private
10 hours semi-private = 7 hours private
